DICE brought to EA Play Live 2023 Not only Battlefield 2042 Portal Trailer – The Swedish studio also clarified the timing of the open beta. The latter will take place in September, but the specific numbers are still unknown.
An insider Battlefield Bulletin comes to the rescue, according to which the beta will begin on the 6th and end on September 11th. The pre-download of the client will supposedly open on September 3, and the next day, subscribers of the EA Play or Origin Access Premier service, as well as pre-customers, will be able to get access to the beta.
The release of Battlefield 2042 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and PC will take place on October 22, 2023.
