ODST scheduled for early August – review addiction

Developers from 343 Industries announced that they plan to conduct public testing Halo 3: ODST of Halo: The Master Chief Collection in the first half of this month. Halo Insider members will be able to test the game on PC and Xbox One.

The authors have shared a list of content that will be available to players as part of testing.

  • campaign playlists: Flight Test, Flight Test (Heroic), Hoofin ’It (Tayari Plaza, NMPD HQ, and Data Hive) and Street Smart (Mombassa Streets);
  • multiplayer maps: Crater (Night), Rally (Night), Crater, Lost Platoon, Windward, Chasm Ten and Last Exit;
  • multiplayer playlists: Firefight Heroic and Firefight Arcade;
  • and various settings on the PC, including control settings, graphics, video, audio, gameplay, network connection and availability.

In addition, the developers revealed what features will be added to Halo: The Master Chief Collection by the end of 2023.

By the end of the year, 343 Industries intends to release Halo 3: ODST and Halo 4, and this month the developers will improve the interface, unlimited frame rate and performance of all games on PC and Xbox, as well as fix some bugs.

As for the support for modifications, which had been postponed for the last six months due to the changing priorities in development, now the authors again took up discussion, design and planning.
