According to the leaks, the 3080 Ti will be based on the Ampere GA102-225 GPU with 10,240 active CUDA cores and will offer 12GB of GDDR6X memory, which is 2GB more than the base RTX 3080. Meanwhile, the 3070 Ti should receive the GA104-400 GPU. with 6144 CUDA cores like the mobile RTX 3080 and GDDR6X memory instead of GDDR6 on the RTX 3070 without the Ti prefix.
