The number of subscribers to the network service Nintendo Switch Online reached 15,000,000 people. Nintendo President Suntaro Furukawa announced this at a recent meeting with investors. The service continues to show growth – in October, 10 million subscribers were reported, in April – 9.8 million, and in December 2018, 8 million people used it. At the same time, Furukawa admitted that not all players renew their subscription.
“New users continue to join the service, but not all previously paid subscribers renew it. We will continue to increase the attractiveness of Nintendo Switch Online,” the president assured.

Furukawa said last year that Nintendo was going to “enrich the service with new offers.” In September, the Nintendo Switch Online classic games catalog for subscribers expanded with games from the console Super nintendohowever, after that, the company began to update it less frequently, abandoning the previous schedule.
