The New Zealand government has allocated $ 48 million to help the film and TV industry, which suffered in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
Most of the amount ($ 32.3 million) will go to the fund used to produce about five full-length films or mini-series. They will distribute $ 15.1 million through a local film commission between films and series, the creators of which suspended production due to coronavirus and suffered financial losses.
