Google continues to lure players into its streaming service Stadia. The other day, the company began sending out codes with a three-month subscription to Stadia pro to all account holders YouTube Premium.
According to one of the users of the ResetEra forum, everyone who signed up for the premium service on March 26 received letters.
“I have a family account that is divided into 4 people, and each of us has received an email with a unique code,” says KojiKnight.
The accompanying note states that the three-month probe is only relevant to residents of the United States (excluding Guam and Hawaii) and is distributed to users who have an active YouTube Premium subscription as of March 26, 2023.
The promotional code is valid only for new accounts. After registering, the standard monthly trial will turn into a three-month subscription to Stadia Pro, and after the first three months, players will be charged the standard subscription price, which is currently $ 9.99 per month.
Google is struggling to expand its audience by looking for new ways to do this. It was previously reported that the number of players in Destiny 2 on Google Stadia has more than halved since the launch of the service. As for other multi-user projects, on the platform they are essentially dead.
