Virtual pop group K / DAmade up of champions League of legends Ari, Kai’Sa, Evelynn and Akali have released their first mini-album titled “ALL OUT“. It contains five songs, including the popular pre-release single”THE BADDEST“And track”MORE“, recorded together with the virtual singer Serafina.
The album was created by a songwriter, rapper and singer Bekuh BOOM, and was engaged in producing, mixing and mastering Sebastien Nyand, composer from Riot games…
As the description says, all the songs in the EP are individual singles that reveal the creative identity and personality of each of the group members and highlight the variety of genres that make up the unique style of K / DA. The title track of the album “ALL OUT”, titled “MORE”, was released last week and immediately received widespread acclaim: the music video on YouTube gained over 27 million views, and the song itself soared to the top lines of the iTunes charts (# 1 K-Pop chart, # 2 Pop chart, # 4 Worldwide Song Chart and # 7 US Chart). The track features Madison Beer, SOYEON and MIYEON of K-pop girl group (G) I-DLE, Jaira Burns, known to fans from their debut single “POP / STARS”, and Lexi Liu and Seraphina.
Earlier this year, the band released a pre-release single, “THE BADDEST”. In addition to SOYEON and (G) I-DLE’s MIYEON, guest performers Bea Miller and Wolftyla also contributed to the song. “THE BADDEST” charted at # 1 on the Billboard (World Digital Sales Charts) on September 12 and remained at the top for the following week. The track currently has over 31 million views on YouTube and over 43 million plays on Spotify.
K / DA became a worldwide sensation in 2018 with the release of their debut single “POP / STARS”. The song took off to the top iTunes and Billboard and has amassed over 170 million streams on music services, and the clip, with over 390 million views, became the most successful K-Pop group debut in YouTube history.
Initially K / DA was inspired by the style of K-pop, but over time, the group has evolved to embrace a wide range of pop music and find their own creative identity that reflects the edge of the talent of all the members of the group without a focus on one artist. To underscore the band’s versatility, the new mini-album “ALL OUT”, which heralded K / DA’s triumphant comeback, featured a host of talented guest artists on the new mini-album.
