In a competitive shooter Valorant from Riot Games Act II began, adding a new agent named Killjoy, a Deathmatch mode and a Battle Pass to the game.
Rules of the “Fight to the Death” mode (while it will work in beta testing mode):
- 10 players fight on the principle “every man for himself”.
- The match lasts 6 minutes. The first player to get 30 kills wins.
- No skill.
- Players start the match as one of the open agents, chosen at random.
- You can buy any weapon and immediately get heavy armor.
- Killed opponents leave behind first-aid kits that fully restore health / armor and automatically reload weapons.
- All opponents will periodically appear on the minimap.
The Battle Pass includes new cosmetic items such as Weapon Skins, Player Cards, Keychains, Sprays, and Titles. Owners of the premium version of the pass will be able to earn even more items, such as Operator Red Alert or POLY-Fox Guardian weapon skins.
The patch also added a system of act ranks to the game, made changes to the balance of skills of the Raze agent and fixed some bugs. For a complete list of changes, follow the link.
