NetherRealm is now working not only on Mortal Kombat and Injustice – review

Creative director of the studio NetherRealm Ed Boone at the Jeff Keely Summer Festival Q & A session said the company is not only working on Mortal kombat and Injustice.

According to Boone, “Mortal Kombat” has already become like Marvel – no one expects her to have the last part, but the team always has the opportunity to do something else, including a fighting game about DC superheroes and “something else”, and then return to MK again.

The creative director is especially grateful to fans who give the opportunity to work on different projects, while supporting the main franchise – Mortal Kombat. Last year’s eleventh became the fastest-selling MK to date.

If I had been told about this 20 years ago, I would not have believed it. It’s great that Mortal Kombat is showing such strong results.
