Netflix has published a full trailer for the new fantasy series “Letter to the King”.
The project, based on the book by Tonke Dracht, tells about a young squire who lives in the world of the three kingdoms. He dreams of becoming a knight and reaching heights in this craft, but the hero has to abandon his goals and desires for the sake of a serious task.
He, along with his companions, must deliver a letter to the king, who lives behind the High Mountains. What exactly the letter says remains a mystery. At the same time, evil forces chasing their heroes are hunting for heroes.
This is the second adaptation of this story. The first came out in the form of a feature film in 2008.
Responsible for creating a new series Will davis (“How to Train Your Dragon”), and the main role is played by Amir Wilson (“Dark Beginnings”). In addition, one of the roles is played by Andy Serkis (“Lord of the Rings”).
The series comes out on Netflix on March 20.
