According to the portal Deadline, the streaming video service Netflix decided not to renew the fantasy series for a second season “Damned“(Cursed), releasing the entire cast from contractual obligations.
The ten-episode series was an adaptation of a graphic novel by Frank Miller and Tom Wheeler. The Cursed was a reimagining of the legend of King Arthur, in which the story was told from the perspective of a girl named Nimue, who is the Lady of the Lake. The main role was played by Katherine Langford, known for the drama series “13 reasons why“.
