Film adaptation of famous manga and anime “Agetaro, DJ Tonkatsu“received a premiere date – in Japanese cinemas the film will start showing already October 30 this year… The main role in the picture was played by Takumi Kitamura, the trailer can be found below:
The publication of the original manga lasted from 2014 to 2017. The piece tells the story of a young man, Agetaro, who works in his family’s family restaurant and once finds himself in a trendy nightclub. The hero, “fried” by the club culture, lights up the dream of becoming a DJ and soon realizes that there is a lot in common between preparing tonkatsu and making music.
