Popular fighting game series Mortal kombat is famous among the players for its ultra-violence, the cherry on the cake is extremely brutal finishing moves – “fatalities”. In the upcoming new adaptation of the franchise, this signature element of the game will be fully represented.
In an interview with the portal ComicBook.com actor Lewis Tan admitted that the fatalities shown in the film disgusted him.
“To be honest, there were days on the set when I was disgusted. I’m not kidding, the filmmakers don’t hold back,” said the actor.
