Microsoft Surface Duo dual-screen smartphone shown on video – review

Still have Microsoft failed to create a good track record in the mobile market. The abandonment of Windows Phone finally put an end to this, but as it turned out, the corporation still has an ace up its sleeve. It’s about Windows 10X and a two-screen tablet Surface duo.

This device was introduced last year, but only now has a video appeared demonstrating it in operation.

The video shows how the smartphone is used by a person who seems to be sitting in public transport. The actual video of the device in action starts at approximately 26 seconds. Also shown is an attempt to activate the Android dropdown menu in landscape mode. But it works only in portrait.

In addition, the user launches an application similar to an email client. At the same time, on one screen a list of messages is displayed, and on the other – the contents of the selected message.

Finally, he can appreciate the look of the Surface Duo. It looks thicker than a standard smartphone or tablet when closed. The gap between the screens is also visible, although it is quite small.
