The incident is directly related to one of the user reviews on Metro: Exodus. Users Rommel instead of his opinion, he left an image of the middle finger and the above phrase. After that, Google bots picked up the text and used it to generate the results.
To the situation reacted head of Epic Games Tim Sweeneywho decided to use the incident to once again criticize Google.
