The next-generation console will peak in production in August – if so, then the PS5 will successfully approach the planned release at the end of the year.
Moreover, the early start of production of the system means that Sony will probably show the final design of the system in the near future – otherwise it will leak from the factories, which already happened with the PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro before their announcement.
In PS5, recall, the AMD uses an 8-core custom processor based on Zen 2 with variable frequencies with a peak at 3.5 GHz. Such flexibility in theory will allow the console to achieve high power.
Perhaps the design of the system should have been presented on June 4 at the presentation of games for the PlayStation 5, but due to aggressive protests in the United States, the event was postponed indefinitely.
