Svoboda 1945 is a unique genre fusion. The game got its name from the Czech village of Svoboda on the German border. The main character goes here to deal with a long-standing feud, but suddenly discovers that his own family is somehow involved in everything.
The game uses dialogues with characters played by live actors, and in them every choice of a line is meaningful. We have to go through mini-games to revive old memories with their help, and find old photographs that illuminate the details of past events.
The developers promise that we will be able to ride an armored train that liberates Czechoslovakia from the Nazis. We will also try to save our farm from the “communist terror” by challenging the “communist dictatorship”.
