Japanese role-playing action movie Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana unlucky from the very beginning: the release was postponed due to technical problems, but the developers could not cope with these problems. At the start, the game was replete with bugs, and only a few urgent patches were able to rectify the situation.
Almost two years after the release, the developers received very positive reviews in SteamHowever, work on the game did not stop. This is evidenced by the new major patch, which brings a number of improvements.

The next update improves the quality of graphics and the depth of the environment, adds high-quality shadows and makes the frame rate more stable. The developers added new high-resolution textures, and at the same time allowed to reassign the management.

The game also appeared a cooperative mode, but so far in a test form: the authors do not guarantee that it will work for all players. The mode will allow you to go on adventures with a friend on the local network if both have compatible gamepads.

In the cooperative, both heroes will share spirit points among themselves, but at the same time, the “guest” will not be affected by damage reduction, as is the case with computer associates. In addition, in case of problems, there is no need to wait for special technical support: the mode is not yet officially supported.
