Kristen Stewart will play Princess Diana in a new film Pablo Larrainawho had filmed the drama before Jackie about Jacqueline Kennedy.
The screenwriter of the new tape is Stephen Knight (Sharp Visors), and the plot tells about the period in the early 90s, when Diana decided that her relationship with Prince Charles no longer works as it should.
The action of the tape will unfold for three days during the Christmas weekend in the House of Windsor. The director notes that he has chosen Stuart for the main role, since she will be able to give the image a certain halo of mystery that the director was looking for.
Production of the picture should start in early 2023.
