For Windows 10, the next update was released under the number KB4556799, which was supposed to increase the security of Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge browsers, as well as other branded products. But along with this, it brought new problems.
Users report sound system crashes. In some cases, it came to reinstalling all the drivers. Others say that speakers and headphones simply do not reproduce anything.
Also noted is the already familiar problem of deleting a user profile. Victims complain about missing files, pictures and documents that were on the desktop and in the folders of the account.
In fairness, we note that this data is not deleted. Just the system reset all the settings to default. However, there is no solution yet. Multiple reboots help some users – up to six or eight times, but this is a “roulette” in which it can be lucky or not. For now, it is recommended that you do not install or remove KB4556799.
