Korean branch Nintendo released two life simulator commercials Animal Crossing: New Horizonsintended for broadcast on local television. The videos are notable for the fact that they featured a popular South Korean singer Jung Somiknown by the pseudonym Somi.

In the published videos, the 19-year-old industry representative K-POP enthusiastically plays a novelty for Nintendo switch at home and in a meeting with a friend, joyfully commenting on what is happening on the screen.

As the analyst sharing the news noted Daniel Ahmad, Animal Crossing: New Horizons has become extremely popular in Korea and literally sells to people Nintendo switch.

By analogy with Japanese gamers, Koreans are today in lines for the new installments of Switch and Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The photos below show people rushing to the shops to pre-order the limited Switch bundle with the game.

According to reports from rating agencies and insiders, Animal Crossing: New Horizons broke all the records for starting sales among exclusives. Actively buy it even in Russia.
