Intel began to send out an invitation to reporters for a closed online event on September 2. It promised to tell “about new opportunities for work and leisure.” It is assumed that there will show mobile processors Tiger lake eleventh generation.
These chips will be made using 10-nanometer technology and will receive Xe graphics, which are rumored to be twice the graphics architecture of the previous version. The processor part is also waiting for an improvement – due to the Willow Cove cores.
It is expected that new processors will be more energy efficient than current ones, and will also be able to compete with mobile solutions. AMDmanufactured using 7nm standards.
It is assumed that turnkey solutions based on Tiger Lake of the U and Y lines will appear by the end of the year. However, it is still unknown which company will release them first.
