Intel has released driver updates for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on Windows 10 – review

In the light of the imminent release of the Windows 10 (2004) update, the company Intel released the latest driver for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on some devices.

The list of adapters that will receive new driver versions is given below:

As noted, the update is available on all supported versions of Windows 10, including 1903 and 1909. However, if the adapter is not included in the list above, then there will be no software for it in the list of updates.

The update has fixed a number of problems and errors:

  • Resolved an issue that caused the Bluetooth mouse to start to slow down when playing music wirelessly.
  • Fixed crashes when transferring data with Bluetooth headsets while streaming video over Wi-Fi.
Update can be obtained through Intel Driver and Support Assistant, in Device Manager or in Windows Update. It is also possible to download them on the official website.

Intel is expected to release another driver update for older wireless adapters this year.
