Company Ubisoft announced the debut in Russia of VR quests Beyond Medusa’s Gate and Escape the Lost Pyramid based on the Assassin’s creed. They are designed for a team of players consisting of two or four people and are already available on the site VRParkCity in Moscow at the address: Presnenskaya embankment, house 2, Afimall shopping center, 6th floor.
VR quests are made in the “escape from the room” genre – players are transferred to an enclosed space from which they must get out, working together.
In Beyond Medusa’s Gate, a team of two or four players in 60 minutes needs to get out of a huge cave on the shores of the Aegean Sea, in which the legendary ship of the Argonauts found the last refuge. The adventure begins with the choice of an avatar from six options, each of which can be supplemented with accessories in the ancient Greek style.
In turn, Escape the Lost Pyramid talks about the expedition that disappeared on the Sinai Peninsula. Four of its members, accompanied by several local residents, searched for the lost pyramid and disappeared. With the help of a simulation created on the basis of their genetic memory, a team of players can be in the place of researchers. They have to find what the members of the expedition were looking for.
Recently announced VR quest Prince of Persia: The Dagger of Time will also appear in Russia when it is ready, Ubisoft confirmed.
“Russia is one of the largest quest markets in the world. Beyond Medusa’s Gate and Escape the Lost Pyramid games are already available today, and we are pleased that the announcement of the day before Prince of Persia: The Dagger of Time will also add to the list of interactive entertainment for Russian quest lovers,” – said Olga Lazareva, CEO of Ubisoft Russia.
