Switch-version is not involved in the action, because GOG GALAXY 2.0 does not yet have integration with this platform.
Gamers who play only on PC and buy Witcher 3 on Steam or other stores will also be able to get the GOG version for free by installing GOG GALAXY 2.0 and linking profiles.
