Company Capcom released a press release with up-to-date role-playing action sales Monster hunter: world and extensions Iceborne. As of January 2, the total sales of the game reached a new significant mark, surpassing the milestone in 15 million copies. No other Capcom game today can boast of such numbers.
Regarding Iceborne, the total supply of the supplement is currently estimated at 4 million copies. The figure includes shipment of physical copies Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Master Edition and digital sales of the extension on all platforms, including the PC, where it became available on January 9th.
Based on the updated data, the total sales of the Monster Hunter series as of January 15 exceed 61 million copies. In the future, Capcom plans to implement a number of initiatives aimed at drawing attention to the series to a wide audience, including the opening of the attraction in March this year.
