The quest itself will become available to you during the course of the story campaign, after completing the “Eternal Dream” quest (this is the first mission of the second act of the game).

How to get Archer Quartz “Bandit”

In general, how you get the car will depend on the choices you made at the end of the quest.

1. If you made a deal with Nash, in a couple of days you will receive a message from Dakota, who will offer you a car for 69,000 Eurodollars. In this case, it will be possible to buy the “Bandit” in her garage. When doing this, make sure you are in the Wasteland, otherwise the message may not arrive.
2. Unless you negotiate with Nash, then in a few days you will receive a message from Johnny’s girlfriend, who will offer you a car for free.
