- Revenue from sales of back-catalog games fell 11% to 23.8 million euros.
- Total revenue fell 36% to € 41.2 million.
- Digital sales – 90%.
The drop in revenues is explained by the pandemic, which affected the game development process and forced the company to postpone the releases of certain projects.
The main releases in the past quarter were Necromunda: Hired Gun, Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground and Hood: Outlaws & Legends… Focus Home notes that Necromunda: Hired Gun was a great success, while the other two games have opposite success stories.
The authors of Hood: Outlaws & Legends are currently working on a new PvE mode, new content and optimizations to help increase player engagement and retention.
Also contributed to the sales of games in the catalog Snowrunner for Switch and Steam and Insurgency: Sandstormwhich received a major update to Exodus. Among the distinguished games in the back catalog are SnowRunner, World war z and Greedfall…
In the current fiscal year, Focus Home plans to earn between 120 and 150 million euros, and in the next – between 150 and 200 million euros.
