Original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 came out 20 years ago. In both parts, real skateboarders were playable characters, however, in the upcoming remake of two parts Activision decided not to rejuvenate the heroes.
The Kotaku publication confirmed to GameInformer that the developers had re-scanned all skateboarders specially for the updated collection. therefore, in the game they will not look the way we remembered them two decades ago, but will appear at their true age.
Speaking of age Tony hawk recently turned 52 years old, Rodney Mullen one year older than him Chad Maske very soon 43, Andrew Reynolds will be 42 in June Elissa Stimer now 44, and Steve Caballero almost a grandfather – he is 55 years old. However, although veterans of skateboarding have become older, they have not lost their professional qualities over the years.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 will be released September 4th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 consoles, and PCs in the Epic Games Store. The authors completely updated the graphics, added new features in the form of online multiplayer and saved all the content of the original game, including almost the entire soundtrack.
