The video demonstrates a cut of gameplay and cutscenes, along with fragments of commendable press quotes from reviews, calling the updated Replicant a new best way to play an iconic classic, graceful and respectful restoration, as well as a love letter to the original and a fantastic gaming experience.
In general, NieR: Replicant ver. 1.22474487139 was adopted significantly warmer than the original version, receiving 83/100 on the Opencritic… The main drawback of the re-release was the PC version, which suffers from numerous problems, such as the lack of vertical sync and the frame rate limiter, due to which, at speeds above 60 FPS, animations become fast, which makes boss battles much more difficult than they should be. They also complain about regular freezes, periodically disconnecting gamepads and a bug with the mouse cursor appearing on the screen during cutscenes.
