The cross-save system in Genshin Impact was initially absent on the PlayStation, which caused discontent among many fans. Having started playing on the PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5, console users could not use their save, for example, on mobile platforms running iOS or Android.
However, some limitations in Genshin Impact will remain even after the release of Update 2.0. In particular, content exclusive to the PlayStation versions will not be available in other versions, even when using the same account.
