In the trailer, we are sent to the fictional island of Cordona in the Mediterranean. Players will enter an open world where they will have to decide for themselves how to conduct a detective investigation, where to look for clues, and how to deal with various street dangers.
In the video, we can see what tools the young Sherlock Holmes has for analyzing the crime scene, how different districts of the city differ, and how the mechanics of dressing up work in the game: in order to get certain characters to talk, you have to figure out how to pass yourself off as “your own.” At the same time, an unsuccessful disguise can work negatively, and the conversation will break down.
Sherlock Holmes Chapter One is out this year for PC (in Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
