Former esportswoman sentenced to 116 years for fraud – review

Brazilian Cheyenne “shAy” Victorio again hit the front pages of newspapers. Former eSportswoman, since 2009 until 2019 played in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Counter-Strike 1.6, including per team Keyd stars femaleconvicted of a fraud case.

According to the court, from 2013 to 2017, she was a co-owner of the online store Megazine.net. A complaint against her was filed by 116 customers who never received their ordered and paid goods.

Some of them tried to contact the management of the store, and Cheyenne Victorio “explained” to them that the truck had an accident and that all the packages were hopelessly damaged. The girl promised that in two months their orders would be exactly delivered. Of course, this did not happen.

Together with Victorio, her father and her ex-husband went to court. The girl was sentenced to 116 years of cumulative atrocities, but Brazilian laws, regardless of the sentence, can go to prison for no more than 40 years.

Cheyenne “shAy” Victorio in recent years has been best known as the life partner of Jean Paulo Fernandez Filu, a professional Brazilian soccer player, known simply as Jean or “Goalkeeper Jean”.

Victorio’s lawyer is already appealing, arguing that the only blame is management problems, not malice. She herself in her instagram claims that she is not under arrest and is unlikely to be arrested. In everything that happened, she said, her ex-husband was solely to blame. In the meantime, she invites her to watch her live Counter-Strike broadcasts.
