Longing for new details about Elden ring from FromSoftware? Have Jeff Grubb bad news for you. A fantasy game from the developers Dark souls and George R.R. Martin will not appear at Gamescom 2023.
To a direct question from a fan on Twitter, the editor VentureBeat answered unequivocally no.
“Jeff, please tell me what you think is more likely to be shown on Gamescom, Bakugan or Elden Ring?”
“Bakugan,” Grubb replied.
The journalist gave the same answer to the question about the possible appearance of the Elden Ring during the digital presentation of the Xbox Series X, and in the video podcast “GamesBeat Decides 157” on July 24, Grubb said:
“I don’t think we will hear news about Elden Ring anywhere this year, with the possible exception of The Game Awards.”
Gamescom 2023 kicks off on August 27th. This year the exhibition has been moved to the online format.
Elden Ring is in development for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
