As part of the festival Las Vegas Open 2023 company Games workshop presented a teaser of a new series based on the universe Warhammer 40,000. Two promo art has also been published.
The project is called Angels of death (“Angels of death“) and will be dedicated to the Ninth Legion of the Space Marine, also known as”Blood Angels“. His representatives are suffering from the so-called Black Fury – a state where the space marines fall into madness and begins to imagine himself a primarch Sanguine (Great Angel) dead in battle with his brother traitor Horus Lupercal (Warrior). The flaw lies in the gene seeds, so after crushing the legion into orders (no more than a thousand Adeptus Astartes each), the infection spread to the “branches”.
Games Workshop, which collaborates with the creators of the fan project, is responsible for the development of the series. HELSREACH. In the near future, the company promises to publish an excerpt from Angels of Death, which visitors to the festival in Las Vegas could see.
