Paradox Interactive introduced a new addition to Europa Universalis IV entitled “Leviathan”…
It will allow you to take advantage of new tools for the development of provinces, as well as bring changes to a number of game elements, including Regencies and Colonies.
Also, it will now be possible to quickly develop your capital using the resources of adjacent subordinate territories, and build, exceeding the province limit – if the player is willing to pay.
The exact release date of the supplement, however, was not named – it is expected soon.
