According to Hopper, in the season they decided to leave hints associated with this thread, but the appearance of the character did not change, because the story was too reminiscent of Thor’s line from “Avengers: Endgame”. It is worth noting that many other events of the original work have been changed in the series, adjusting them to the new format. For example, the line with the assassination of Kennedy in the comics develops along a different trajectory than in the new season – and so on.
