In honor of the 30th anniversary of the game series Mana company Sqare Enix announced several interesting projects for fans of the franchise at once.
For starters, mobile platforms will release Trials of Mana… Naturally, we are talking about the recent 3D remake, which came out last year and received 74 points on Metacritic. On mobile platforms, they promise to add graphics settings, cloud saves and controls redesigned for touch screens. The release is scheduled for July 15 and will cost $ 23.99 (~ 2100 rubles).
The shareware standalone game Echoes of Mana will also be released on mobile devices. The team is engaged in its development WFS, in the list of which there are Bowling Party, Heaven Burns Red, Fishing Star World Tour… According to the genre, the novelty is ranked as an action RPG, and the release is promised in 2023.
Finally, Square Enix promised to release an anime Legend of Mana – The teardrop crystal… As they say, the plot will be based on the events of the latest games in the Mana series, and the project will be developed by Warner Bros. Japan, Graphinica and Yokohama Animation Lab, responsible for the opening CG in the Legend of Mana remake.
