“Explosion from the past”: Voiced by G-Man in Half-Life: Alyx actor teaser new project

Voice actor Mike Shapirowho gave his voice to the character G-man from a series of games Half-life, is working on another project that will be a “blast from the past.” He stated this in an interview with the publication USGamerdedicated to the game Half-Life: Alyx.

The artist clarified that gamers will not see his real face, but they will notice emotions, gestures and so on. To do this, the developers had to put “millions” of marker points on Shapiro’s head during the recording process.

“I try to be discreet even when I’m talking to you, but it will be a mind-blowing reboot of what people knew … It will make people completely rethink what they thought they knew about this story in the game before it, and I even I don’t know if they expect this. It will be something like an explosion from the past, “the actor explained.
