Last December studios Honig studios and Quantumfrog with the support of the publishing house HandyGames released in Steam, GOG and on Google Stadia spaghetti western El Hijo… The game has received positive reviews, and now, as planned, it is being prepared for release on consoles.
El Hijo – A Wild West Tale arrives on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch on March 25. This date was named in a new trailer, in which we were introduced to the main character and his trials.
El Hyjo (this is what his nickname sounds like in the official localization) is a six-year-old boy who is looking for his mother, hijacked by bandits. Due to his age, he cannot rely on force and weapons, so the adventure will be non-violent.
Players will have to sneak, sabotage, distract enemies and solve puzzles. The tasks are not easy, and to solve them you will have to use logic, tactical thinking and reaction. But the boy will have a whole arsenal of various gadgets at his disposal.
