A few hours after the leak, the company Electronic arts officially announced Star Wars: Squadrons – his new game under the Star Wars license. The corresponding announcement was made on the franchise page on Twitter with the words “Wanted pilots.”

Other details about the project will appear June 15th at 18:00 Moscow time, when the debut trailer of the game will be shown. A player with it has already been created on YouTube.
According to journalist Jeff Grubb, the publisher is preparing a mid-sized aerospace action game with a single player campaign and multiplayer, where players can fight each other in team battles, piloting iconic star fighters from the Star Wars series.
Star Wars: Squadrons previously appeared on PSN, codenamed Project maverick.
