In short correspondence with a fan, a representative CD Projekt RED directly informed an important detail: inAll that your character will say can only be voiced by two variations of voice – standard female and male.
The authors decided to abandon the approach used in some similar projects, where you can artificially adjust the voice tone, creating, for example, the illusion of bass or tenor.
An important point is that both voices are not attached to appearance V. You can create a brutal mercenary speaking in the voice of a girl, and a pretty lady expressing herself in a rude masculine tone.
In this case, as previously reported, the selected type of voice will automatically determine how your characters will be treated by the characters living in the world of Cyberpunk 2077 – as a man or a woman. That is, even if your hero in all respects looks like a woman, but gets a male voice, in Night City they will begin to treat him exclusively as a man.
