Details of the Luminos project for Star Wars are revealed – it will show a new era

Lucasfilm disclosed project details Luminos which was announced last year. As previously reported, the initiative primarily deals with books and comics in the universe.

Confirming previous rumors, the project was dedicated to a new era – the period Supreme Republic (High Republic) 200 years before the prequel events, during the heyday of the Jedi Order.

The initiative starts with the Chals Soul novel The Jedi Lightat the beginning of which “something terrible will happen.” The book comes out on August 25th. Claudia Gray’s novel will appear on October 13 “Into the darkness” – about a young Padawan who, against his will, begins to take an active part in saving the galaxy.
