Zombie Army 4: Dead War

True, the plot in the game is rather scanty. First of all, this is a fun cooperative meat grinder, where you definitely do not have to save ammo. In the fourth part, they added the long-awaited pumping and customization of the hero to your playing style. And the new locations have become much larger, and a special technique has appeared on them: if you don’t surprise anyone with zombie soldiers, then you will definitely meet zombie tanks for the first time.

And now about the sad: there were hopes that the fourth part would raise the series to a new height – but it seems that this did not happen. Of course, there are positive changes there – but much less than we would like.

If you think that the Russian game industry is dead, then you can assume that the next game was also made by zombies. Stoneshard – This is a hardcore RPG with turn-based battles. The main character is a mercenary who travels through a kingdom destroyed by war. Many settlements are in ruins, people are in poverty, and dungeons are teeming with monsters, so there is enough work.

The world in the game is open, where to go and what to do is up to you. With pumping, too, complete freedom: there are no classes or level restrictions, so you can collect a huge number of builds. There are about a hundred abilities, and there are twice as many items of equipment. The game has a demo version – and, according to the developers, they expected that it would last for three hours. But in fact, the people played around for ten, or even fifteen hours. So the full version of the project is definitely enough for a long time.

Not for broadcast

Evening News Simulator Not for broadcast became a hit in the first week of sales. According to the plot, a radical government came to power – and immediately began to tighten the screws. The old television news editor was fired, and they replaced you, the ordinary janitor. Your task is to become the mouthpiece of political censorship. You need to control the news, hide the truth and do not forget to earn money through advertising.

However, if you make mistakes, then the game becomes only more interesting. And the heat itself will begin when you decide to deliberately break the rules, go against the dictatorship and reveal the truth to the people. Over a week, the game collected more than eight hundred enthusiastic reviews on Steam, and only 25 negative ones. However, they are all associated with poor performance on older operating systems. Plus there are complaints that the game is short – but this is early access, so out of ten chapters, only three are available so far.

Speaking Simulator

Surely you heard that the main release of this year was postponed to the fall. But do not believe the fake rumors: the best blockbuster of 2023 is here! Speech, of course, about Speaking Simulator. We control a robot that has been given the task of destroying humanity. But first, we have to rub our confidence in these leather bags. No one should suspect that you are a machine, so you have to learn the wisdom of human communication. Move your mouth and tongue, frown, rotate your eyes, and of course, smile!

The main thing here is not to confuse anything and not to start smiling when someone complains about your life … And not to strain too much – otherwise the system will go awry and an emergency pressure relief will begin. Then this will happen to your face …

Steam has ended up with big sales. But you know for yourself – there the games will end soon, but the discounts will never. The most interesting offer is the entire series of cult Flatout racing action games for just 175 rubles. All weekend you can play Street Fighter V for free, and if you go, buy it at a 60% discount for 280 rubles.

The Russian humorous survivor Breathedge is given for three hundred rubles – an excellent chance to support the developers. And Ubisoft sells the racing simulator The Crew 2 at a discount of 75%, for 500 rubles. The main offer of the GOG service is the cult action game Dying Light with a 70 percent discount, an improved edition with a set of add-ons now costs less than 400 rubles. There are also the first two parts of the Metro, they were rated equally – 109 rubles each. A good turn-based strategy Mutant Year Zero has fallen in price by half, up to 600 rubles. And the role-playing game ELEX from the creators of “Gothic” has lost 66% and costs 470 rubles.

All these games are famous and respected. However, one of the leaders of the sale was the little-known Rain World toy about a slug cat who lost his family during a flood and is now trying to survive in a world full of dangers. To become a slug cat now costs 169 rubles. Well, the first place in popularity was taken by the Frostpunk strategy. If you are tired of the abnormally warm winter and want to freeze properly – go straight there, the ticket will cost 240 rubles.

Microsoft has been selling some pretty good collections this weekend. The Saints Row IV: Re-Elected and Gat out of Hell bundle can be bought for $ 6. For the same price they give the full set of Homefront: The Revolution and the first two parts of the Metro. By the way, Metro Exodus also comes with a good discount of 67%. Dead Island Definitive Collection was priced at $ 7.5. Of the individual proposals, it is worth paying attention to the Surviving Mars strategy for $ 15 and the excellent Deadlight platformer, which costs only three bucks.

You can buy Ubisoft games from Nintendo profitably, for example, the ultimate edition of Child of Light, which costs 420 rubles with a 70 percent discount. Or Assassin’s Creed 3 – it costs less than a thousand rubles. South Park: Stick of Truth with a 63% discount will cost 813 rubles. And hardcore fans will surely appreciate Dead Cells for 1220 rubles and Blasphemous for 1125 rubles. Atmospheric horror The Sinking City has fallen in price by half and costs less than two thousand.
