Cyberpunk 2077 Senior Gameplay Designer Leaves CD Projekt RED

From a Polish studio CD Projekt RED gone one of the leading developers of the role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 Andrzej Zawadski

“After almost 8 years, it’s time to say goodbye to CDPR. It’s time for a couple for a new adventure. I want to say thank you to everyone I met along the way. It was an honor and a joy for me. See you again.”

According to his LinkedIn profile, he joined the CD Projekt RED team almost 8 years ago.

Starting as an ordinary tester, Zawadsky soon took the position of QA analyst, then moved into the field of game design, was appointed coordinator of the RPG elements of Cyberpunk 2077 and eventually rose to the senior gameplay designer of the project. In his last position, he was responsible for the implementation of skills and perks, balancing the game and its economy., and also worked closely with the UI team on various interface elements with regards to inventory, character leveling, crafting, cyber programs, and so on.

Zavadski has not yet announced his plans for further activities after leaving CD Projekt.
