Developers from the studio Inti creates continue to maintain their retro platformer Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 after release. Previously, the game added the Boss Rush mode, and now the authors have introduced a hardcore level of difficulty called “Legend”.
According to the description, in Legend mode, opponents respawn off-screen, which was often done by good old platformers (for example, from the series Ninja gaiden) are so complex. In addition, at the new difficulty level, the death of one character is considered the death of all characters.
For these two reasons, the developers do not recommend Legend mode for beginners. Below you can watch a gameplay video, in which the authors compared two difficulty levels – “Veteran” and “Legend”.
The update also fixed some game bugs and is already available on all platforms – PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC (Steam).
