Crossplay, new content and version for Switch – screenshots and details of the remaster of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit leaked

Information about the remaster leaked into the network ahead of time Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, the official announcement of which will take place on October 5 at 18:00 Moscow time.

What became known:

  • The updated version is being developed by the studio Stellar Entertainment – they were in charge of Burnout Paradise: Remastered;
  • The kit will immediately include all DLC and about six hours of additional content, including over 30 challenges, new achievements, car colors, and so on;
  • Will appear crossplay support in multiplayer mode;
  • Released on November 6th priced at 4,299 yen ($ 40). At the moment, versions for PlayStation 4 and Switch have been confirmed, but for sure the game will also be released on Xbox One and PC;

In addition to the Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit remaster, a full-fledged new installment of the series from Criterion Games is now in development for next-generation platforms.

In August, the pre-alpha gameplay of the next NFS was merged.
