Previously GameMAG edition reported that players had problems when trying to get a refund for a game through digital services or retail chains. Especially a lot of criticism fell on technical support. Playstation network, through which it is, in principle, extremely difficult to return money for anything due to a strict user agreement.
But the nightmare state of the PS4 version of Cyberpunk 2077 forced the platform holder to rethink its principles. According to the official statement Sony Interactive Entertainment, CD Project RED’s game has been removed from PSN. What’s more, the PlayStation team is ready to issue a full refund to all players unfortunate enough to purchase Cyberpunk 2077.
It is not yet known when the game will return to the digital store. If the situation changes, the SIE Press Office will issue a new statement.
Now it remains to wait for a reaction from the outside Microsoft… According to the GameMAG editors, the Xbox One version of Cyberpunk 2077 is basically not playable.
