Polish group Soulfire For several years now, since 2015, he has been working on a large-scale modification to the cult game “Gothic 2“. It’s already known that the first episode of “Chronicles of Myrtana” entitled “Archolos“Will be released in the fall of 2023.
For fans of the game who are worried about the fate of the development, the creators of the modification conducted a live broadcast. For almost two hours, they showed the gameplay of Archolos.
The broadcast begins with a chain of introductory assignments that over time allow the hero to join the city guard. During the passage, we find ourselves in a tavern, in swamps and in a cave complex, fight with the Utopians and communicate with the NPC.
SoulFire group warns that the mod’s voice acting is temporary, they plan to replace it with a professional one for release.
But you can appreciate the musical accompaniment: it was created by composer Kamil Jędzewski, and the Andante’s Inferno symphony orchestra recorded in the premises of the Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw.
