Call of Duty: Warzone breaks records: a free shooter from Infinity Ward is ahead of Fortnite and Apex Legends in terms of audience growth

Studio developers Infinity ward boasted a new achievement Call of Duty: Warzone. The shooter attracted three days after the release 15 million players around the world. In the first days after the launch, the user base of the project was 6 million players, and in just 48 hours after that it increased by another 9 million.

In terms of audience growth, the new royal battle from Activision is ahead Fortnite and Apex legends. For comparison, in the first three days the battle royale from Electronic arts and Respawn entertainment scored 10 million players, while Fortnite took two weeks to reach the same level.

Call of Duty: Warzone is distributed free of charge on all platforms. In Russia, only users can officially download a game PC and Xbox one – Activision decided not to release the project in the Russian segment PS Store.
